Tall tented T-waves are abnormally peaked and narrow T-waves on an electrocardiogram, reflecting rapid repolarisation of ventricular myocardium. They are clinically significant as an early electrocardiographic sign of hyperkalaemia, which can progress to life-threatening arrhythmias if untreated.
