EUC, or Electrolytes, Urea, and Creatinine, is a common blood test panel assessing kidney function and electrolyte balance by measuring sodium, potassium, chloride, bicarbonate, urea, and creatinine levels. It is crucial for diagnosing renal impairment, electrolyte disturbances, and guiding fluid or medication management. Abnormal EUC results often indicate acute kidney injury or chronic kidney disease.
